If you’ve been scrolling through our Instagram lately (and why wouldn’t you be? jks!) then you’d know we’ve been running a #TeamBonds challenge to celebrate our recent Bonds Sport range. Over the past month, we’ve been posting a different challenge to our followers and plucking a finalist at the end of each week. Meet one of our finalists, Tasha Fernandez, a self-described “Aussie chick,” who recently traded her heels for trainers to help women achieve their health and fitness goals. Because fitness can sometimes be a struggle for ALL of us, we asked Tasha to share her five top tips on how to make it more fun. Time to take note procrastinators!


“Tried and tested baby! Looking great and feeling awesome while working out always helps. If you haven’t already seen the new activewear range by Bonds then what have you been doing?! “Give yourself a break from the gym and head outside. Go for a bike ride, take your dog for a run (if you don’t have a dog, borrow one like I recently did). Go for a walk/jog by the river/beach. Do a class outdoors, such as boot camp or yoga. The options are limitless, ask Google and for some options near you.”


“If you start treating exercise like hard work that’s exactly what will happen. Find yourself a park and, this might sound silly, but start doing handstands! You’ll be surprised because it actually builds serious arm and core strength and will leave you sweating. Why not get even more adventurous and do cartwheels, somersaults and crabs?”

“Crank up the tunes and move your hips. Did you know that dancing actually has a large number of health benefits? Dancing is a great full body and mind workout.
